Open seven days a week by appointment. Please call in advance to schedule. We are open regularly on Fridays & Saturdays for browsing & walk-ins, from 12pm to 6pm. Someone is almost always ready to answer your call so don't hesitate if you'd like to schedule an appointment or visit.

LOCATION

The Well Center For Massage is at 110 North Broadway, near the stoplight at the corner of Broadway & West Perry (where it turns into Sunset, on the way to Sunset Beach), just around the side of the Mangia Mangia restaurant, in the lovely borough of West Cape May. PARTIES

Who doesn't love a party? If you have a group get-together, wedding party other event that you would like to book at The Well for a day of treatments & relaxation, please give us advanced notice of at least two weeks. The Well is proud to display the works of local watercolorist Laurie Schiffelbein, sky- and seascapist Toni Vosika & ceramicist extraordinarie Mare Bennett along with the striking work of good friend & Cumberland County artist Kevin Quigley. Kevin's comic art is at quigleycomics.com.

SUMMERTIME

In season The Well is open seven days a week for your pleasure. We'll also be back at our regular spot at the West Cape May Famers Market every Tuesday 3pm to sunset starting just after July 4th through the end of August.

FIVE-PACKS & TEN-PACKS

Save time & money! Purchase massage treatments in quantities of five or ten at a substantial discount. You'll be issued a prepaid card that you'll bring with you every time you come. Prepaid cards are good for one year from the date of issue, but we are reasonable about extensions if unavoidable. Prepaid cards can generally be used by other members of your household, with some restrictions. Five-Packs only are available for on-line purchase at our Massage Menu page. Five-Packs & Ten-Packs are also available for purchase in person or over the phone. Call 609.884.3177 or e-mail for more details.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are available for all massage, body & spa treatments & aesthetician services, with the exception of waxing. There is no shipping charge for gift certificates. If you'd like us to send the certificate directly to the recepient please indicate name & address of the recepient in the Shipping Address or in the Special Request box.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

We highly recommend that you make an advance reservation for massages or any of our treatments. Reservations can be made by phone or in person. We ask for a credit card or cash deposit at the time of the reservation to secure appointments. Cards will not be charged until the time of the appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Since we strive to provide personal service to our clients, no-shows & last-minute cancellations impact us significantly. Therefore, we have a three-hour cancellation policy*. This seems to be a fair amount of time to let us know your plans have changed, even when you are on vacation and things happen (like rain, sun, children...!)
Please know that the full fee for the appointment will be charged to your credit card, or the cash deposit or gift certificate will be forfeited, for missed appointments or cancellations made less than three hours* before the time of the appointment.

*If you are making your appointment through an independent agent (travel agent, hotel, motel or B&B manager or innkeeper) their cancellation policy may supercede ours. No appointment changes will be accepted wtithin three hours of scheduled appointments.

GRATUITIES

If you were happy with the services provided, it is customary to give a 15%-20% gratuity to the therapist. Gratuities are accepted in CASH ONLY.

Please! Tell us prior to your treatment if you are pregnant, allergic, on medication or have any conditions physical, medical or otherwise that might affect your treatment. Please be aware that exfoliating treatments can result in temporary skin irritation.
