HOURS as of 6/15/08

During the summer season The Well is open seven days a week for your pleasure. Summer Hours are 10-6 or till 7 or 8 on Friday and Saturday, but we are always happy to accommodate earlier or later appointments where possible with advance notice. Appointments are highly recommended. In the Fall and Sping Season the hours are more flexible. Mon.-Fri. we open the shop from 12:00PM to 6:00PM and by appointment Wed only. Sat. the shop is open 10:00AM to 6:00PM Sun. 10:00 am to 3:00 PM on Sun. On Tues. we hold a Community Clinic as a service to the local community and to introduce our excellent therapist to the loyal Cape May and South Jersey residents All our therapist must pass our screening and show potential. Appointments are recommended but walk-ins are welcomed , if available.
We'll also be back at the West Cape May Farmers Market starting July 1st through the end of August, offering expert chair massage, original artwork & prints from $10 by our favorite artists (see below) as well as handmade soap and cheap jewelry! What more could anyone want - except maybe some great barbeque, crab cakes, twisted lemonade, homemade cakes & pies, fresh fruit & flowers, live music... it's all happening at the West Cape May Farmers' Market, every Tuesday afternoon from 3pm to sunset.

LOCATION

The Well Center For Massage is at 110 North Broadway, near the stoplight at the corner of Broadway & West Perry (where it turns into Sunset, on the way to Sunset Beach), just around the side of the Mangia Mangia restaurant, in the lovely borough of West Cape May. PARTIES

Who doesn't love a party? If you have a group get-together, wedding party other event that you would like to book at The Well for a day of treatments & relaxation, please give us advance notice of at least two weeks. ART

The Well is proud to display the works of local watercolorist Laurie Schiffelbein, sky- and seascapist Toni Vosika & ceramicist extraordinarie Mare Bennett along with the striking work of good friend & Cumberland County artist Kevin Quigley. Kevin's comic art is at quigleycomics.com.

FIVE-PACKS & TEN-PACKS

Save time & money! Purchase massage treatments in quantities of five or ten at a nice discount. You'll be issued a prepaid card that you can bring with you when you come, or we can hold it for you at the desk. Prepaid cards are good for one year from the date of issue, but we are reasonable about extensions if unavoidable. Prepaid cards can generally be used by other members of your household, with some restrictions. Five-Packs only are available for on-line purchase at our Massage Menu page. GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are available for all massage, body & spa treatments & aesthetician services, with the exception of waxing. There is no shipping charge for gift certificates. If you'd like us to send the certificate directly to the recepient please indicate name & address of the recepient in the Shipping Address or in the Special Request box.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

We highly recommend that you make an advance reservation for massages or any of our treatments. Reservations can be made by phone or in person. We ask for a credit card or cash deposit at the time of the reservation to secure appointments. Cards will not be charged until the time of the appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Since we strive to provide personal service to our clients, no-shows & last-minute cancellations impact us significantly. Therefore, we have a three-hour cancellation policy*. This seems to be a fair amount of time to let us know your plans have changed, even when you are on vacation and things happen (like rain, sun, children...!)
Please know that the full fee for the appointment will be charged to your credit card, or the cash deposit or gift certificate will be forfeited, for missed appointments or cancellations made less than three hours* before the time of the appointment.

*If you are making your appointment through an independent agent (travel agent, hotel, motel or B&B manager or innkeeper) their cancellation policy may supercede ours. No appointment changes will be accepted wtithin three hours of scheduled appointments.

GRATUITIES

If you were happy with the services provided, it is customary to give a 15%-20% gratuity to the therapist. Gratuities are accepted in CASH ONLY.

Please! Tell us prior to your treatment if you are pregnant, allergic, on medication or have any conditions physical, medical or otherwise that might affect your treatment. Please be aware that exfoliating treatments can result in temporary skin irritation.
